Ms. Chang is the Finance Manager of Whitesun Equity Partners.

Ms. Chang served as an assistant manager of Deloitte & Touche ( Taiwan ) audit department, and provided audit and tax service for financial and manufacturing industry. Prior to joining Whitesun, Ms. Chang worked for Applied Optoelectronics, Inc. as a finance deputy manager, and took the responsibility for preparing the consolidated report and budget, and reviewing the management reports of China .

Ms. Chang holds an M.S. degree and a B.S. degree in Accounting from National Taiwan University , and is a Certified Internal Auditor and a Certified Public Accountant in ROC.
